My grandparents are 100% Native American, they use the term "Indian" exclusively, as do a lot of natives in the USA (at least the middle part of it).

If your boss or a customer is gonna read it, you ought to use "all right" instead of "alright".

That being said, I almost always use "alright" while texting / instant messaging. I don't get to sit at the polite kids table, I guess.
