Hi thanks for the interesting lesson I just have a quick question. Does 挖苦 have a negative implication? This isn't always the case in English, for example how would you say that someone has a dry sense of humour? apologies if you've answered this already elsewhere

Hi guys good lesson, I just have a small question. I've already learnt the word 宣传 which I understand to mean publicise or propaganda. In English however 'propaganda' carries a quite negative implication, I was wondering whether there was a more appropriate character for propaganda that reflects this negative implication? or does propaganda not have negative implication in Chinese?
