I think there may be a mistake in the translation of one of the example sentences:
你别以为今天乘车的人特别多，就可以浑水摸鱼，不买车票！
(You shouldn't worry about there being so many passengers on the train today. Just take advantage of the situation and not buy a ticket!)
Shouldn't the translation be: You shouldn't assume that because there are a lot of passengers today you can take advantage of the situation and not buy a ticket.

October 30, 2009 at 5:26 PMI'm one of those nerds who is listening to all of the old lessons (thus, why I don't always comment right when the new ones come out). I can't help noticing this lesson is very similar to Upper Intermediate Buying on TaoBao in September 2008.
I suppose TaoBao is really a 热点题材 for some people right now. But for those of us reading the Economist and FT every day instead of shopping online, China's yuan and foreign reserves as well as the global crisis are our 热点题材! How about some more lessons on that?
