他是个老是在早市找事的老师！What does this earlier comment mean in English? "He is always at the morning market looking for employment as a teacher?"  I don't get it.

I have learnt a new way of saying "sorry!" bu4 hao3 yisi1. And the explanation of this is on page 381 of Ross and Ma's wonderful Modern Mandarin Chinese Grammar: A Practical Guide that I always have within easy reach!
