"Sick" can be used in a similar way I think. "Oh my god, that's just sick!" (meaning gross) "Dude, that's sick." (meaning very good, excellent)

I usually manage with about 5 hours of sleep, to bed at about 1:30am and up at 6:30am. I usually sleep in till about 11am at the weekend though. ;)
