In fact throughout Europe there is a special Motor Insrance claim form that both parties complete together and sign , including a sketch of the respective positions of the vehicles . This enables 80% of collision damage claims to be settled without expensive administrative costs and without troubling police authorities . It does not apply to personal injury cases of course which are always the subject of a police report .

Maybe I am being too 'Chinesepoddy for English speakers' hey John!
