January 30, 2010 at 12:40 AMI sort of agree. I think what makes it seem rather difficult is the content, which in my opinion has little usage. I say this because the target audience of this lesson is non-Chinese people ( or Chinese people who grew up overseas) and we foreigners probably wouldn't move into one of these "concrete boxes" and renovate it with our spouses.
