If I spend the whole day learning chinese I would improve very quickly, but I would probably get upset really soon. So I learn chinese when I feel like learning chinese and when I´m tired or bored, "I CHANGE my activity" and I start doing something else
I know it is a long one but there are a lot of answers I need inside of that!
