Chinese is both difficult and easy ,it depends on your effort.If you work hard enough then you will find the key ,thus it will be just as easy as open a door ,if you just scratch the surface ,it may be really hard.

and there is an ancient chinese saying 学而不思则罔，思而不学则殆（learning without thinking leads to confusion ，thinking without learning ends in danger）

I believe your listening is pretty good，maybe you just speak too little

when I first learned English，my teacher told me " don't be afraid of making mistakes, every mistake can help you improve you English"and

my foreigh teacher said"just speak out, I won't laugh at you ,because my chinese is as poor as you english"

so try to speak out in chinese ,Good luck!

I think you can begin with some daily sentences ,and only when you can speak a few sentences you can understand structure better ,for example ,我喜欢中文（ I like chinese）then you can use "I like"

我喜欢胡萝卜（carrot）

我喜欢苹果（apple）

我喜欢蔬菜（vegetables）

and also you can say

我喜欢唱歌（I like singing）

我喜欢吃饺子（I like eating dumplings）

there is a saying in chinese 好好学习，天天向上（good good study ，day day up ，mabey it's Chinese-English哈哈）

just keep learning ，I believe you will "day day up" O(∩_∩)O~

I guess you might want to express" I hope people who is learning keep on " "who" is translated as 谁， that's right , but it‘s usually used in an interrogative sentence.

for example, 谁在说话？（who is speaking） 你在和谁说话？（whom are you talking to）

it's hardly used in an affirmative sentence，only when we use two ,and the two refer to the same people ,for example " 谁污染，谁治理"(whoever causes pollution is responsible for its treatment ）你喜欢谁就追谁，it much like an advertisement 爱她就带她吃哈根达斯(love her ,take her to eat Haagen Dazs) 哈哈

also，you can always use 谁 in a negative sentence , 今天没有谁来过。

我的书不知道被谁拿走了。

but pay attention to this rhetorical question "谁不说他好" 谁here means” no one " that's "no one dont't say he is nice"and the sentence means "everybody thinks he is nice"
