There seem to be some technical glitches in the diaglogue when they discuss it.  They skip over parts of the dialogue discussion.  Annoying.

I would like to know a little bit more than just "what time is it?"  For instance, how do you say things like 8:15, 9:30, half past, a quarter til... I am unable to find a comprehensive lesson in either newbie or elementary that really explains how to go further than just the basic HOUR.

Please direct me to where I might find that info.
