I think this is a great lesson on one of the cultural aspects of China (and one of the first Advanced lessons I am studying!  Am trying to jump from upper Intermediate).

I have a minor gripe with the translations of "ah", "ng", etc.  to "huh" and "yeah".  Understand that the words are used to soften the sentences but in these translations it sounds like cheesy American English.  Are there alternative translations you can use, or omit the translation and note somewhere what the purpose of "ah" and "ng" are?
