I believe that "fireworks" is 烟火 yānhuǒ and popcorn is 爆米花 "bàomǐhuā".  Note that "firecrackers" are 鞭炮 biānpào.

If I remember correctly "to set off firecrackers" is 放鞭炮 fàng biānpào.  I would assume that 放烟火 fàng yānhuǒ would be "to set off fireworks".

Please anyone correct me if I am wrong.
