February 27, 2011 at 4:59 PMloved the whole atmospheric chat about road side food in China - the queues, the steam, the squirting middles. made me want to hop on a plane right away......but baoing jiaozi with UK ingredients - does that work? any ideas how to get them really authentic ? or failing that, is there a good brand of pre'bao'ed jiazi you can just cook up?
