你是不是觉得我很懒？（Do you think I am very lazy?）
1、是。or 是的。（That means you really think that person is very lazy. 的 after 是，is unnecessary. but it's grammatically right with 是的。）
2、不是。or 不是的。（I don't think so. No, You are very diligent. 的 is also an unnecessay word here. With or without 的, both are right.）
