I did know a few laowai in my time in Xi'an that picked up a local accent. I might have done myself to a certain extent.

on another note, shaoxing, 绍兴, in zhejiang has the worst driving I've ever seen, and that's saying a lot.

Also, I don't think saying ’很man‘ is ’很man‘, if you know what I mean? Sound like something you'd hear on a Taiwanese chat show... just sayin'
