June 4, 2007 at 6:40 PMRegarding the intro, Ethiopians eat with their hands, though it is not as messy as on might imagine. One picks up the items from a dish with a type of flat bread. Or at least that's how it's done in Ethiopian restaurants in the US. Could be just a joke on us. I can hear Eddie Murphy saying: "Oh,yes. In my country we always eat with our hands".
