I dont understand the use of 提前 in the last line. Is she saying I wish you luck in advance,or just saying good luck?

when Jenny at the start says '以后再说吧' what's the difference between this and saying '等一下再说'..?

This is not specifically related to the dialog, I just have a query, which is more polite to say, aiyi hao, or nin hao, as in if you are in a situation in which you dont know the right ChuangHu to use. Is Nin more polite than all, or is it best to find the right word for the person?
