Does anyone here know of any software/website that puts tone marks above Chinese characters. I don't mean Pinyin with tone marks, I mean Chinese characters with tone marks above them. Does anyone know anything about this?

I have a couple of questions: So，the 回民and 维族are different ethnicities, and both groups are muslims, right?
My second question is: in Shanghai is the most common word for restaurant 饭店or 餐厅? Or something else?
