I have a question about this line:
沧海月明珠有泪
The Chinese sources I have read seem to refer not to the pearls producing tears, but rather, the pearls themselves being the tears of 鲛人 ("shark people"? some sort of mermaid perhaps?) Any comments on this Pete?
