April 18, 2007 at 12:57 PMI still can't download the files! They come out as an HTML. I've tried various ways of saving the files as suggested on other pages, but it still doesn't work.

March 2, 2012 at 1:45 AMI have had this exact experience with my in-laws in Taiwan. At CNY, they like to sit in unheated rooms with coats on and all the windows open. Thanks for letting me know I am not alone in this cultural confusion.
