Mark,

我很喜歡你的建議。如果不要重新做, 也可以做一個續作:女生和弟弟會談戀愛, 哥哥會 一哭二鬧三上吊!

Hi, Matt_T.

It was a mix of what Skritter recommended, what (newer versions) were available on Amazon and user reviews. I ordered the Intuos Creative Pen & Touch Tablet (Small), CTH 480, and should have it by 8pm tonight (US East Coast)!

I'm at home on my computer a fair amount (and had carpal tunnel syndrome back in the 1990s and don't want to go back there ever again!) so I'm hoping this will work out well.

I'll keep you posted.

Thanks for all the great advice, podster, Matt_T and Gwilym! I was so keen to get started that I went ahead and ordered a Wacom tablet and stylus that should arrive tomorrow. I can't wait to try them out on the Mac and iPhone. I'm finding Skritter amazing for getting back to character writing and recognition, but two days using a mouse is killing my wrist.

I'll report back soon!

Meanwhile, Gwilym, is there any update from a few years ago on a stylus that writes like a calligraphy brush? That might be enough for me to take it up!

Hi, all.

It's amazing and exciting to see all the new, easy tools for learning Chinese -- not like the old days when pen, paper and cumbersome hard copy dictionaries were all we had! (I first started learning Chinese in 1980 -- and yes, I sometimes feel like a dinosaur)

I've just signed up for Skritter and would like to get a tablet and stylus to write with -- for speed, ease and to reinforce muscle memory. Does anyone have technical help/advice on which tablet and stylus to use for a Mac? Skritter recommends a Wamco tablet and Bamboo Pen -- is anyone using these? Any feedback on them?

Also, will a stylus work on my iPhone, too?

Many thanks in advance.
