Hi all,

I just looked at the expansion section for this lesson and there is this sentence:

你知道他是谁吗? ni3 zhi1dao4 ta1 shi4 shei2 ma?

Would it be ok to leave out the ending 吗 ma? Or would that just mean "You know who he is"?
