It is translated in other examples as "anguish".
Any explanation?

Overall the lessons are great!

August 28, 2013 at 9:27 AMI wish the translations were more literal and less dynamic. There is an element of interpretation/explanation in some of the translations which seems unwarranted.

July 17, 2012 at 1:00 AM随便乱扔东西 is translated as "Don't throw your things around"; however, there is no negative in the sentence. Why is that?

July 28, 2009 at 12:17 PMI had hit a definite wall in my Chinese studies. Lao Wang's experiences, depicted on ChinesePod, have revived my interest in the language.
Friends have said that I'm speaking "real" Chinese.
