Yet again Chinesepod is failing to respond to emails or answer the phone. After posting here I finally heard from Andy in Taiwan confirming that my account had been cancelled. A day or two later I received another form Grace at Chinesepod to say following the trial period my premium account is still active. This would mean that my card has been charged against my request that it not be. I'm sure you are aware that would be illegal/fraudulent. Would you PLEASE respond to my emails and provide a functioning phone number so that I may clarify the situation. Thanks

I have been trying to get hold of customer support - i've call about 6 times and sent repeated email over a ten day period, but have had no response. Can you please advise and pass on my frustration to the relevant department?

 

If I continue to hear nothing i will have to assume i have been defrauded into providing my card details and contact the relevant authorities.

I don't know anything about a phone version....I'm using my phone but on your website .is there an app I should know about?

Hi I am looki g for a way to download the lessons or at have them play consecutively while I am driving or walking so I don't have to keep starring a new one... Can you point me to the right button? Thanks
