In my case I work for a large, American Chemicals company (Air Products). A lot of the engineers here are trained in engineering (obviously) but after so many promotions they have to start taking on business management roles. For that the company chooses to fund them through a part time MBA (also known as Executive MBA).

Most people I know with MBAs were sponsored by their company. It is often a requirement at large multinational companies to have an MBA in order to be promoted into an executive role, but the company is willing to pay out huge sums of money to pay a talented person to get that qualification.

Maybe it was...a lot more sites than usual were blocked yesterday to avoid people remembering events that never happened on this day in 1989.

In my university in the UK a group of Chinese students printed T-shirts for themselves to wear in the exam covering all the theory written in Chinese. The idea was that they could all look at each other's T-shorts because there was about 10 of them. Unfortunately one of the exam invigilators hired by the university was also Chinese and reported them!

Not just Chinese. I get stick from my American friends telling me British people also have bad teeth! Personally I find the obsession with teeth a bit weird.

Without wanting to spoil the ending, I was very disappointed with the result of the election in this documentary.

Shanghai men are famous for doing a lot of cooking, housework, handing over their paycheck each month etc. Probably Chinese men from the North would scoff at them.

DON'T DO IT! I bought a Chinese Windows 8 PC after being assured by Microsoft customer support that I would be able to download an English language pack and install it. Turns out you can't. Chinese Windows 8 is a special version where the language can't be changed in order to prevent software piracy. A couple of other countries also have single language only versions. I had to spend another $150 to get a Windows 8 Pro upgrade to make the computer work in English and I still have problems with it.
