March 14, 2009, 04:12 PMIn Mexico in Spanish we have something similar.
People in the street helping drivers say,
VIENE, VIENE, VIENE so drivers don´t hit the car on the back.
It means the verb " to come"
This people find a way of living in this city with the tips.
They are really something.

February 06, 2009, 11:59 PMYou can drain the nopales with some water and follow the recipie. Onion, tomato, abocado and cilantro.
The fruit of the nopal is the TUNA you can find it after that name, is like oval and is sweet and tasteful. I think you can only find it in Mexico.
The nopal has a lot of fiber. Blend a small one raw with 1/2 pineapple, don´t drain and your stomach will love it.

February 05, 2009, 01:52 PMHola amigos!! ( friends)
As a Mexican I was surprised and pleased at the same time with this lesson.
Thank you!!
I lived in Beijing for a year and found wonderful torillas made by mexicans and a wonderful restaurant in Santilunr.
If you take a tortilla and add some cheese and a piece of ham you can have a quesadilla.
Fold it into two and let the cheese melt in a pan, the you can add some fresh salsa.
Salsa
Chop some tomato, some onion, some chile ( spicy pepper) and salt.
We usually have quesadillas in the morning or for dinner.
Burritos doesn´t have anything to do with donkeys. It was created in the USA.
Hola Leo!!
Hope we can have new guests from chinese pod here in Mexico. You will be welcome.
Gracias xie xie!!
