August 20, 2017 at 2:12 AMThe only sentence I see which includes 覺得 (juéde) is the one in which he says, "I think/believe if you can cook Shanghai cuisine, it's awesome/impressive." If you meant 決定 (juédìng), then he's saying, "I've decided" or "I'm certainly/definitely...".
If something else is confusing you, maybe I can help if no one else chimes.
Posted on: When To Use “不” bù and “没” méi?
May 10, 2017 at 1:24 AMI recently went to a bubble tea place (thanks to the Boba Tea episode I was able to order in Mandarin) but when I said "No sugar" using "bù" (不) the cashier corrected me and said that I should use "méi" (没). Either "bù yào táng" or "méi táng". I probably shouldn't question the native speaker, but is 没 often used for "without" as well?

August 20, 2017 at 1:09 PMI just listened to it and I see what you mean. I think when Fiona said "shouldn't", the n't got a bit muddled. But the line is, "I think you shouldn't go home now."
