i think that "damn" translated as 糟糕， is not really a correct translation.
糟糕 in Chinese is not a curse word, "damn" is a curse word in English, if it translate as “该死的，可恶的，尼玛的” would be considered as a curse word, can't be use in front of children. But i think 糟糕 can be used in "oh,bad weather!噢，糟糕的天气".
