I work for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and in every hotel we do need to have at least one native Chinese speaker at the Front Desk, but that's because the group is originally from HK. Hilton is doing a great job by having this new idea of welcoming the Chinese guests and they gonna go far...

Is 不要跟我说英文，我听不懂。and 别跟我说英文，我听不懂。 would mean exactly the same thing?
