Not sure if this is popular in Shanghai, and I don't know if this is considered a candy, but we used to eat them like they were candy (I guess the Chinese call them cookies) 山楂餅。 Haw Flakes！

changye，我小時候也喜歡吃麻花。沒想到這個東西會引發癌症。還好我媽不讓我吃太多的垃圾食品。我也覺得吃太多的油炸食品總會損害我們的健康。
