Great lesson, and perfect for my office, a tea company! We're based in London and Hong Kong and most of us speak Mandarin to some degree so this is ideal. Thanks very much. If you have any tea questions then please feel free to ask, just email david@jingtea.com. We might even be able to sort out a promotion code for Chinesepod listeners. Keep up the great work!

Thanks,

David (JING Tea)

what's happened to this storyline? seems we haven't had any lessons about them for ages? I'm on tenterhooks!

whatever, I still think a lesson on London would be cool and it doesn't have to be about fish and chips or top hats or the pub!

haha, I have noticed that about the textbooks but hopefully as chinese pod is so new we can buck the trend! There are plenty of limeys learning Mandarin!

i agree with mark , this is the first intermediate lesson where i understood everything without the replay. I think I'm learning a lot. Thanks to Chinese pod too, whenever I use a little snippet of language from the lessons with my Chinese friends in London they are always impressed and ask me where I learnt such colloquial language.
