Hello Everyone! please help me how to say in Chinese "work on rotation" like you work 28 days and after that you would take 28 days off.

I work in oil & gas industry on rotation terms & conditions 28/28.

And I have my b2b (back to back) who replaces me while I am leave.

How to call a person in Chinese who works as you b2b (back to back).
