I have a question about "shifu". Do we use it on situation where we have to show respect. I mean what's the difference on saying "xiansheng". First time i see shifu in this situation, i thought it was like "master". If a driver can be called "shifu", is a cooker a "shifu" too for exemple ?

I find it quite difficult even if i can use them a little. The noodles is for me the worst, i can't eat it at all haha.
