In Taiwan, the Taiwanese dialect calls a foreigner a dou ga (阿兜仔 according to a web search). In my city i hear it from kids alot. Its literal meaning is "pointy nosed person." I have never heard it in a negative way. More kids saying it in suprise as if saying "Look its a foreigner."

I haven't heard of We Chat in Taiwan. We use LINE which I think came out of Japan. It's great!
