I'm confused why "回去" is used in the last sentence instead of "回来" ?

Previously B uses "回来" as in :  什么时候回来?

Then uses "回去" as in : 你不要回去

If A says "回去" then I can understand.

I thought they are used differently with reference to the speaker ?
