Hairdressers casually chatting with me, and then suddenly 'finding out' that I really have dry/damaged hair, and they have just the right product for that. It's really hard to say no, because they keep pressuring you :-(
My friend was sitting next to me in blissful ignorance, as she couldn't speak a word Chinese :-(
Maybe it's best to pretend not knowing what they are talking about?
