Completely cut down on sugar, except from natural sources like fruit, etc. In three days you will stop having any new pimples. Leave the rest to heal naturally. A high sugar diet changes your blood and somehow acne feeds on them, particularly the red ones. It's not cleanliness or oilyness. Granted, a good sleep pattern and a good stress management as well as healthy living from eating and exercising well also help, but zits are from what you eat. Drug companies and their associates (read: doctors) won't say that or else all their products won't be sellable. This works more on red ones though. Those white ones, I'm open to suggestions on. Past puberty, it's the diet causing this.
