Hi, is there any difference in using 怎样 (zen3 yang4) rather than 怎么样 (zen3 me yang4) and vice versa?

Hi, I'm just curios - what is the difference between 这里 and 这儿 ? Can it be substituted with each other or the first is better to use when you mean "inside" (e.g. house or room) rather than "here"?
