对很多放假的人来说，他们觉得放台风假是赚到一天休假，还出去看电影逛百货公司，我很不喜欢这样。

To many people on holiday, they think that a typhoon day is like getting another day of holiday. They can even go to the cinema or go shopping at malls, I really love that.

Is the bold letter part correct translation? I'm little confused.
