I find the facts that the Western presenter uses virtually no Chinese, and that the Chinese presenter uses virtually no English, equally problematic. In the best lessons, both presenters use both languages, 'code switching' or 'ping-ponging' back and forth so as to illuminate the parallels and differences between use cases in the two languages. The Chinese presenter will probably use slightly more Chinese and vice versa, and the percentage of Chinese will gradually increase with increasing level, but never at the expense of code-switching - which is a vital part of the learning experience.

My feedback:

1. This lesson should be at least 5 minutes longer. It introduces quite a lot of new vocabulary (to me at least) and explains just about none of it.

2. The level feels more like 'Advanced Intermediate' to me.

3. The interplay between the commentators should be more constructive than it is here. The male presenter comes across as negative: the female presenter, as nagging and schoolmarm-ish. Better if they can bounce ideas off each other, both switching between Chinese and English, until a clear idea of the meaning of the Chinese emerges.
