October 23, 2013 at 10:53 AMIt is true that Chinese malls can be confusing. Some years ago I went for lunch in the one on Wangfunjing Rd opposite the Beijing Hotel. All the restaurants are located on one floor (in the basement) and they all looked the same to me ( I could not read their names). I walked into one and ordered something to eat. While waiting for the food I asked the waiter where was the washroom as I wished to wash my hands. None of the restaurants have their own washroom so he directed me to a central one which was some ways off. It took me a good five minutes to find. The problem was that on way back I could not locate the restaurant in which I had ordered my food.
