Isn't 俄 an adjective/adjectival verb? I thought 是 is used between nouns? I was thinking this sentence would've been something like 可能很饿.

September 2, 2012 at 7:35 PMAre zher/nar and zheli/nali interchangeable? From the note at the bottom of the NCIKU entry (http://www.nciku.com/search/zh/detail/%E8%BF%99%E5%84%BF/54440), it seems like they're only different in dialect (the former being the Shanghai-nized/"piratized" form).

So far I've only seen 跟 ... 一起. Is there an explanation for why she doesn't use 一起 here?
