A quick question about the word order from the expansions, the object seems to vary in its position, not sure why....

 

Expansion says: 这个没有了。is mei you zhe ge le also correct?

plus

 没有面包了。is mian bao mei you le also correct
 

咖啡没有了吗？is mei you ka fei le ma also correct

The expansions seem inconsistent
