说实话，在第一集的时候我觉得，我不太喜欢学文言文的资料。现代的汉语够难。可是现在我习惯了。我觉得很有意思。因为你们把每一个不同的地方解释很好。所以我现在期待第三集。

I agree it even would be much easier if any word spoken would be transcripted and you had the choice to use the transcriptions or not. But probably it is not only about teaching philosophy, but as well, as everywhere ,about limited resources.
For myself, I am happy that Connie and the other nice teachers do take the time to help me to understand each word or sentence I ddn´t catch or was not sure to have understood properly. By the way, I hope someday I have the chance to come back to Shanghai to meet and thank them in person.
So, you sure understand, I will be the last one to complain.
It is hard to learn for yourself alone a language like Chinese, but I am okay with the type and variety of the offered learning material. I think all in all they are doing a great job and help me a lot to increase my listening ability.
