hey, this is my first time using the discussion board, but i have been learning the podcasts in sydney uni for my chinese lessons. chinesepod has been so helpful. Do you know when you said you can say place+all over+scandal and then you gave the example of being all over the tv, or all over the internet, you said you can use place+scandal, so would you be able to say something like 北京上都是绯闻 as in the scandals all over beijing (everyones heard about it).
