January 7, 2012 at 7:19 PMReply to GilsonRosa, I do know what kind of market is being talked about in the dialogue and that it's supposed to be shìchǎng. But, when I heard Jenny say whatever she's saying, I wondered if it was just a mistaken slip-of-the-tongue switch from 'chāoshì', or another word for market which i couldn't find in my dictionary, or whatever. Now I think she just slurs the pronunciation a bit in haste as she moves from "...zài zhè ge shì" to "chǎng lǐ...".
