The sentence 他今天有没有打电话给你? in the expansion section is translated as "Has he called you today?" I assume because 没 in 有没有 indicates the past. How would I say: "Will he/is he going to call you today?"

April 2, 2010 at 5:01 AMFun lesson - and I managed to study it on 愚人节.
I have a question: Are there any rules for the placement of 几 (jǐ)? 几号 (jǐ hào) - 星期几 (xīngqī jǐ). I guess, the 几 in 星期几 just the placeholder for the day of the week? Are there any other common constructs with the 几 after the noun?
Thanks.

I'm long overdue to introduce myself to the CPod community. I subscribed last December and can't tell you how much I've been enjoying every lesson. The site is fantastic and Jenny, Ken, and John really feel like old friends. I started learning Chinese about 9 months ago, as part of my first China trip preparation. It's so much fun and literally opened a whole new world to me - who knows where it'll lead me. My ticket to Shanghai in May is booked :-)). I'll meet there with a good friend, and we are planning on visiting Expo (amongst a million other things I'd like to do and see).
Well, that's it for now but I'll be around for a long time. Cheers!
