Hi! One of your guest ("Fai" I believe) pointed out that "gu lao rou" means "sweat & sour pork". Since I did not see any response from you, I thought you might like to know that in Singapore we called it "suan (sour) tian (sweet) rou". I am not an expert in Mandarin or Pinyin and am not sure whether I am correct or not, but would like to hear your comments on this.
