August 27, 2018 at 1:18 AMOoohhh, am the first to comment, yehey. Thanks for the useful lesson. I must admit though that I was caught up admiring your mother - daughter tandem. Mom is wearing a blue, silk/satin blouse with a pearl pendants which makes me think - Classical chinese, while Grace dons a cotton fabric blouse i associate with Rtw's with a matching hip and groovy necklace and earrings- a more modern day get up. An amusing generational change.
And judging from the jade bracelets, they're both Chinese - lovely and gorgeous ones.

July 19, 2018 at 2:58 PMI am an elementary learner, yet I understood much of Jenny`s Chinese. I think it was a mix of the relatively easier vocab that was used, the body language, the good pacing of the voice and a lot of visuals which graphically explained the words. I feichang enjoyed this lesson. Xie xie.

July 18, 2018 at 7:36 AMQing Wen , In the expansion lesson we have this sentence - nǐ zuótiān zhēnde sān diǎn huíjiā ma？ Why was zhende placed before san dian ? Can we instead say Ni zuotian san dian zhende huijia ma ?
