Any suggestions on how to break this surname up?  I took a guess on the second character but don't know if I'm on the right track.

I can second the anecdote about the eyelid stickers. I am half-Asian and only have slightly double-lidded eyes. While living in Cambodia, a makeup artist at a photo studio there (I was there getting glamour shots!) slapped these stickers on me and covered my lids with eye shadow. The stickers weren't actually very visible once they had plastered my face with foundation and eye shadow (false lashes further disguised them...) :)
